What's a turn on that you don't understand why you have it and one that grosses you out but turns you on at the same time?

Edit: I don't mean gross as in disgusting but like its unorthodox or you're confused as to why you find it attractive. For example I don't really like earrings on guys but it takes one hot guy to pull them off and I'm drooling. sorry it makes no sense but that's just the only way to describe it😂
