So today was the day my fiancé and I decided to stop taking birth control. I’ve been on BC for about 8yrs and I’m sick of it. I’ve been on two different types of pills and the patch. The reason why we decided to stop is because I have no sex drive, I’m very very hormonal, gained so much weight, I feel very lazy, have nausea, and now bad back pain around the week I start. The only reason why I started taking BC is because I was going to college and I wanted to be safe. Nothing else was bothering me no horrible cramps, no acne, no overly long periods. Nothing!!! I’m just ready to get back to feeling “normal” again. Wish us luck!!
