Hey moms out there.....I need your help!!!

My 21 month old daughter isn’t sleeping through the night anymore. Before it got cold she was sleeping through the night about 9-20 hours a night. About a month ago she got tubes in her ears. The first two weeks was good and then she started waking up in the middle of the night. The doctor said her ears look good. She wakes up between 12 midnight and 3am. I get up I change her diaper and rock her back to sleep. When I’m holding her she will sleep, but then when I go to lay her in her crib she cries and screams and won’t go to sleep. I’ve tried warmer PJ’s. I’ve tried a night light. I’ve tried a cool and warm mist humidifier. I’m lost and don’t know what to do. Eventually I’m tired of hearing her cry and and end up putting her in bed with me so I can get some sleep. Im lost on what to do next.

Any suggestions?
