Hello loves - my 4 month old seems to have lost her love of nursing. She had an ear infection about a month ago which made her refuse to nurse for a few days. Dr cleared her, she is completely infection free and is perfectly healthy. However, her desire to nurse has not returned. She will nurse only when very hungry or mostly asleep. She is very distractible but even taking away stimulants and calming her before hand does not work. I have no supply issues and she has plenty of wet diapers so I know she gets enough when she finally does nurse. She used to love comfort nursing but nursing almost seems like a chore for her now - will this go away? How can I encourage things to get better?
