Took a nice, warm shower, got all warm and cozy on the sofa just to find out that the blood decided that it wanted to just- “no, this pad’s just not long enough to stay here. I will rest on the underwear, too!” Did I mention I bought the longest nighttime pads I could find? What did I even take a shower for??? Really?! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Blood, just... stay in your lane, alright?

i have the same problems. my period is always heavy and im constantly having to use extra long pads when im on my period. the best thing i can say is proxide is your best friend and if you really wanna fix any nighttime leaks if its real bad they have period diapers i personally hate them but what works works ya know
