someone please help me understand this so i was taking a shower and i was cleaning my vagina and when i touched it I went further and felt a little ball that i’ve never felt before when i touched is this common in early pregnancy or part of it ? please help !

it's an infection, it's usually very painful and requires to be cut open and drained. it's normally under the skin. you're probably fine.
