I Asked my HR department and they didn't know if they could, going on leave in 8-10 weeks per Drs orders. I asked if I could pay double the amount of my health care deductions now so that when I come back it won't take my entire first pay check, we get paid every week. They said they didn't know and would research it. Thing is they are taking forever. I wouldn't think it's something they couldn't do seeing as it would be the same amount of tax exempt money at the end of the year. Any thoughts?
