yea I think its a good sign. I had close to this 3dpo and I'm in 2ww! fingers crossed for us!

Prob just have a bacterial infection. 
But u need antibiotics 
Make sure you use white soaps.. no dye or scent
Wear cotton panties
Wipe front to back 
Etc etc
