Fertility medication

I was on clomid, follistim and trigger shot 2 cycle ago. Not only these medications didn’t help me to get pregnant but they also caused me to have an ovarian cyst. I was told to wait and ar cycle and then call on the 3rd day of my next cycle. I think these meds missed my whole ovulation because this cycle I had 8 days of surge but never got a high. Now there no sign that I’m getting my period. I’m not pregnant because I did a blood test. I’m really freaking out that these medications will ruin the my small chance of getting pregnant. Please share anything you know
