My baby is Gone 😭😭😭😭

I just got home from the hospital and they told me that they couldn’t find a sac and that my HCG levels dropped from the 6643 to 4162 😭😭😭!

I thought we were home free last night but this Flu took my baby from me! I’m so heart broken right now.
