I use magnesium oil everyday and have homemade nausea popsicle ready to go with fresh ginger in them.

Unisom (doxylamine succinate)+B6 is safe during pregnancy. I take unisom every night for insomnia (just half a pill) and I add 25 mg of b-6 with it. Doctors prescribe this for morning sickness. Check with yours!

Also, for a more natural approach, try Epsom salt baths. My morning sickness is way worse when I run out and have to go a few days without those baths. It's the magnesium.

Also, I found that food-wise, only protein made my nausea better. If you start to feel like you can hold some food down, try a protein of your choice and see if that helps! Good luck. Hope you feel better : /

Switching prenatal vitamins helped me tremendously I used to take 1 a day and I was constantly sick and couldn't keep anything down. I switched to New chapter Perfect prenatal. It's more expensive but it's organic and I feel great!
