I have 2 period tracking apps and they both say different things so what one do I go by? The last 3 days I had like a cold symptoms and the last 2 days cramping on the left side.. I’m on birth control but not taking it like I should I take it everyday but not at the same time I’m only talking it because I was forced to because in December I had to get a blood transfusion because I got my period and it was too much. So was forced to take birth control I’m on my second container..
