Cramps 7 days after period ended

I had cramps that lasted about a half an hour after my period ended. Never had them before around that time. Usually I get ovulation cramps at around Cycle day 14. I haven’t had any other cramping. Does it sound like I ovulated early or something else. Cervix was high early on and I had a heavy CM.
