HELLP SYNDROME & PREECLAMPSIA

Has anyone had any of these two before? I had these when I had my son almost 8 years ago with my ex husband. My fiancé of almost 2 year and I have now decided that we want to have a baby but I’m scared since I guess this will be planned. (I had my son when I was 17) I’m on my period and should be ending within the next 2-3 days. I’m scared that I’ll get the syndrome and the preeclampsia again. If anyone has had it, did they come back for the second pregnancy? 🤰🏻
