Where did your name come from?

My name, Emilie Elizabeth, comes from two great women: mathematician Émilie du Châtelet and Queen Elizabeth I. My mum loves history as you can see.

I was named for my Great Aunt, who was a kick ass chef and pioneering lesbian in our community. She and my Uncle Patrick inspired my love of food and to always eat a new food at least 2x just for fun! And then Anne came out of no where because my parents wanted my initials to spell "Pal" Now its P.A.K.
