I am quite prone to getting thrush. Usually every six months or so. The last couple of days I have had it again.

My partner has also told me he has similar symptoms the past two days although he's never got it before and we have been together 4 1/2 years.

I know if you are ttc or are pregnant you can't take the tablet form and have to take a pessary instead.

My question is that I had a positive opk this morning so we need to bd but because my boyfriend already took the tablet canesten I'm wondering if we can still have sex as I know you can reinfect each other? He took the tablet this evening. I haven't used a pessary yet.

Please help as really don't want to have to stop bd'ing when it's our fertile time x
