I was doing my kick counts today when I noticed the baby wasn’t reaching 10 movements in 2 hours. J called my OBGYN and he told me to go to the hospital for a Fetal Non-Stress Test. When I got to the hospital they noticed I had protein in my urine and high blood pressure. They ordered an ultrasound which looked good and lab work. The lab work came back positive for pre-eclampsia. Luckily it is in the very early stages, but my doctor decided to induce me tonight!
