That's totally normal! They are shedding skin. Perfectly fine! I used auquafor advanced cream for babies and it worked so well

Yeah I second olive oil. It's so good for babies skin.

Coconut oil unless your breastfeeding, then use breastmilk. Also, if you're using soap you don't need to, just rinse baby with warm water. And you don't need to bathe everyday :-) As others said,  very normal.

My sil got told to use oil olive oil best for it her lil one covered as her water started leaking Thurs and he didn't come till sat was bit dry and all from it

Have you checked about exema? I may be spelling it wrong but i have it, and have had it since i was little and this is exactly what it looked like. Theres a special lotion you can buy that helps alot :)
