Anyone here has PCOS an SO has low sperm count? My SO and have been together for 4yrs having sex unprotected nothing has happened since I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and I'm on metformin 500mg I have a 28day cycle an I'm currently on my period. I want to ttc this month with pre-seed and temping an opks to catch ovulation but I'm afraid its my partner too any advice on how to get pregnant should we baby dance every other day or any advice?

My husband was actually put on clomid for low sperm count. Brought his numbers up to normal. He saw a urologist.

Girl we are in the exact same boat. I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago and my husband was just tested and he has a low sperm count on 1.5 and it needs to be 2.0-8.0. We are using preseed and have sex every other day but only during our fertile window. We try not to obsess over getting pregnant cause the chances of it happening naturally are slim. May want to consider IUI that’s what my obgyn wants us to do.
