please help im worried 😥😓😓

ladies please help me im not experience the same ??is it normal?..this is my second pregnancy i currently have a five year old just found out i was pregnant a few weeks ..i believe im 4 weeks according to Glow .💜 my question is it normal not to feel to any symptoms at all??? with my daughter it was heatburn and morning sickness please help i real concerned and i do have docs appt till the jan 29 and it feels like for EVER now!!!😥😥🙁
