WHY IS HE ALWAYS ON MY MIND???

Theres this cute boy,hes my cousin's best friend and i've met him twice. My first time meeting him was okay,but we were both tongue tied,staring a each other😅. The second time we met,i was a bit awkward too,i was last week. ever since that day ive been thinking bout him. he is really nice,i used to chat with him on ig and we've been keeping in touch a bit lately.(not too much,i that person that doesnt really reply to messages and hes like that too) we are like the same person. should i make more effort to talk to him? the second time we met,my heart was beating super fast and i couldnt concentrate on the work i was doing. all of my friends are telling me that im in love since i cannot stop talking and thinking about him. what do you guys think? is it really love or just lust?🤔😫
