Rabbit poo? 😩

When does this stop? This started when I got pregnant - the constipation- only having rabbit like poo balls come out - when does it regulate 😖

I started to feel better in the second trimester, even though I still have occasional "bad" days. Lots of veggies, fruit and water. Prunes also taste better then you think and are a sweet treat. They help a ton!

This just started today for me at 4w4d. Guess it’s time to change my diet bc constipation on top of bloat is just awful 😞

30 weeks now and it's still a problem :D I try to eat more fiber, veggies and fruits, drink a lot more water. I'm also on iron so that doesn't help things. For some reason milk affects me like it never did before and after about 2 cups I can comfortably go.

Yes! The joys of pregnancy. You should talk to your doctor and they may be able to tell you some safe over the counter meds you can take to help.
