Onward and upward to this next cycle! I had convinced my sad self yesterday that I was done! That I just can’t do this. Then today I took my time getting ready, washed my hair and blew it out (huge task for the morning as it’s long enough to tuck into my pants). It made me feel so much better and I remembered I’m not alone and so many of us want to give up but I just can’t because I wouldn’t want anyone else to lose hope either. So here I am today doing the damn thing!! 🙌🏼
