What do you all use to wash your breasts after feedings? My soap is drying my nipples out and I don’t need anything else working against my nipples to help them crack!!

** thank you for your responses. In the hospital the nurses just told me to use some nice organic nipple butter which they gave me. Then I went to the ped and he made me feel like a crazy person when I said I wasn’t told to wash them just to either use my breast milk or the butter on my nipples after feeding. He said the mouth is the dirtiest most germ filled area so of course I should be washing them! I guess I wasn’t so crazy after all!
