Best prenatals?

I’ve been taking Rainbow Light Prenatal One’s but lately the smell and taste it leaves makes me nauseous. Do you guys know of any that won’t make me nauseous? I’ve considered gummies (because I assume they taste way better) but part of me thinks I won’t get the nutrients needed for the baby.

I take New Chapter prenatals from GNC it's organic and has everything you need and more for the growing baby! It's not cheap but if its about health I pay for it one bottle lasts me 2 months for 50 dollars CAD. they are pills but I will do anything and take anything for a healthy baby! I used them for my first and he came out a healthy 9 pounds 3 ounces at 41 weeks and 1 day! 😀

I have been taking the gummies for the same reason. I got a call from my OB saying my iron was low. I looked at the bottle for the prenatal and sure enough they contain NO iron. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve started taking the Enfamil Expecta and it’s not bad as far as taste or smell. I hope that helps.
