Where to buy makeup in the uk

I feel let down. NONE OF THE AMAZING MAKEUP I SEE ON YOUTUBE IS SOLD IN THE UK!!! There’s no shops I can find sell anything more than drugstore makeup. No high end, the only thing sold apart from drugstore (Superdrug, boots etc) are benefit, urban decay, Clinique and Mac (a very tiny Mac counter in Debenhams). I don’t know if that’s just because of the place I live but it’s really frustrating because I can’t buy online bc parents think buying from a store is safer
