Neeeeed helllpppp pleaseeee

It’s my fourth day after giving birth and my boobs are so engorged idk what else to do. With my daughter the first day I got like this I’d pumped and it went away but with my second daughter it’s not like that at all. They are super hard, I shower and messages them than pump right after. I tired to feed my baby but she gets so mad she can’t latch since it’s too hard. I put cold after pumping and feeding.

That’s how much I pump with both breast. Idk what else to do I’m in so much pain literally cry every touch. Help please
