Drying up breast milk

Renee

Hi ladies. After 9 months of discussion and serious considerations, my husband and I have decided to NOT breastfeed (please don't question this). I know after baby comes that the breasts are very large and sore and can sometimes get way engorged. Can anyone please tell me what is a good safe way to dry up my breast milk when it comes in? My first child was 16 years ago and a lot has changed since then, so I'd love to hear your advice.
