I’ve had a very healthy pregnancy so far. No issues or anything. But I dyed my hair earlier today, and now I’m kind of scared it irritated the baby. Should he be okay? ☹️ I was gonna wait, but my hair looked awful!

dying your hair doesn't cross your blood stream, you didn't harm your baby at all.  if anything maybe headache from the smell, or just a coincidence of timing

you cand dye your hair as many times as you want during pregnancy i did it and also asked my OB cause i was been told by alot of people that i was not aloud during my pregnancy and my ob said if was fine with him. you just have to make sure to be in a well ventilated are speacially when the dye is not ammonia free. if the smell was too stron that is why you are having a head ache

I wouldn’t have used box dye (even not pregnant) but hey not everyone is aware or cares about the metallics and how unhealthy it is overall for your hair/scalp. Pregnancy hormones can/will change how your hair takes/body reacts to certain things. If it wasn’t ventilated enough you probably just need a little fresh air since I’m sure the fumes are still lingering in the bathroom and out into the house.

can't take it back now, but if you read the instructions in the box in sure you saw that you shouldn't have used it in pregnancy....
