HELP!!!!!

AF was on 12/28-1/4 I stopped bleeding and on CD16 I started bleeding again. That’s only 9 days without bleeding. The first day it was virtually nothing and has increased in volume each day. Today would be CD21 but now counting it as a new cycle as I have been bleeding in a larger volume. I don’t even know what to do. My stomach hurts and my lower pelvic area is cramping.

Not to mention my vagina is so itchy I was tested for BV and STD panel all came back negative but they found blood in my Urine and my white and red blood cells in my urine were tripled what they were supposed to be. And not one doctor has done anything to help. Should I go to the ER?
