Shoe sizes?

ok so baby girl has pretty big feet, she's almost out of her last pair of boots that say 12-18. Looking at robezees and they say size 4 is up to 5.3/4 inches. Just measured heel to toe and hers are 5 inches. but 9-12 months seems just wrong. The 12-18/size 5 is up to 6 inches apparently. Anyone know if the sizing is true to measurements or should I go with a 18-24/size 6 for that extra 1/4 inch lol.

My son is in a size 4 in some shoes and some 12-18 months but i put 5c on him sometimes. Do you guys know if i should start him on size 5? I’m scared 4 might be too tight and stopping his feet from growing. Do girl normally have bigger feet as babies ?

my girl wears a 7, she'll be 13 months on the 26th. I don't buy shoes based on month. I get her sized at payless and buy from somewhere with inexpensive shoes.
