experience delivering at NYP Columbia?

Because of my work/school schedule, I can't make it to any of the maternity hospital tours (they're all at 6pm on Tuesdays). This will be my second child (first was born at Mt Sinai West) so I'm familiar with L&D; in general, plus I'm a former EMT and current PA student, so I don't feel completely out of place in the hospital setting. Just wondering if there are any essential pieces of information from the tour that anyone can share with me?
