Pain after ultrasound

Had our anatomy scan today (19 weeks 5 days). Crampy, achy and in pain down there ever since. It’s uncomfortable and very unsettling. Feels like period cramps mixed in with mild shooting pain down vagina. What’s the deal? Anyone else have this? Just feel ill overall.
