Was constipation a symptom for you?

How far along were you when you noticed constipation becoming an issue? Sorry I'm asking this question. Just curious!

Yes and no. I always either have constipation or diarrhea. It's like 3 days of constipation and 1 day of diarrhea then the cycle starts all over. 😞

Just bought prune juice today to see if that will help 😕 I'm at the point where I Iiterally celebrate when I have a bowel movement.

Omg Yes!! Still an issue sometimes, hate to say. I had shredded wheat in the morning, a yogurt and extra water. Once I started that routine, it helped but there are still days were it just doesn't want to happen. It started about 4-5 weeks.

I'm still dealing with it and I'm 21 weeks! How uncomfortable!!

Probably around 10 weeks. After a terrible bout with hemorrhoids, my doctor told me to start eating more fiber, drinking more water, and take Colace along with my prenatal vitamin.

Yes with first and now second. I eat spinach like 3 times a week and seems to help me out.
