PCOS & Birth Control

So ladies who have PCOS, I need your advice. I've been on the pill to help with my cysts. I have been off for a week due to miscommunication. I just had my period and my refill is what I haven't taken. Is it normal to be having cramps and feeling like I have to pee all the time? I don't know if this is normal or something I should be concerned about or not.
