Too early?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over 2 years. We have had some rough patches but ultimately we have a very healthy relationship.

We both have wanted to have a baby since I accidently got pregnant earlier in the year(I had a miscarriage)

Up until recently trying to concieve has only been something we have talked about but not seriously considered.

But we both agreed we want to start trying around fall, to give us some time to save up some extra cash. He is planning on proposing sometime before then.

We own our own house and both really want to start a family. We have both grown up around babies and children our whole lives and are fairly experienced.

Is it too soon?
