Took my pill late now spotting

So a couple days ago I forgot to take my pill which is usually taken at 630 am but didn’t take it u til like 530 pm. Today I started spotting for no reason. I got a lot of yeast infections from getting my period every month so my doctor told me to take here months of pills at a time and than get my period so I get my period every three months. I’m just curious on your thoughts if I’m spotting because possibly pregnant or spotting because it is my third month I’m going on taking the pills and will get my period in two weeks.
