My husband and I have been trying for kids since October and my doc has me tracking my BBT and doing urine tests for LH. My cycles are 31/32 days. The last three months I have not gotten a positive result from the OPK so my doc thinks I'm not ovulating. However, she thought it was strange that I am still having cycles since it is the ovulation that causes you to have cycles. I have PCOS and am taking Metformin. Anyone have a similar situation or any advice? She wants me to start clomid next cycle.
