Remedies for Headache?

I've had a migraine ALL DAY! Tried cold compresses, shower, drinking water non stop etc.. I'm not looking at taking medications

Drink 2 cups of Gatorade. Also try's lotion with peppermint on your forehead. Can also diffuse lavender, lemon, and peppermint essential oils in a diffuser. I would only recommend a high grade brand of oils like young living or doterra.

Take a spoonful of coconut oil (as long as you're not allergic) and let it melt in your mouth. Once it's all liquid, swish it around for 10 mins or so, just like you would mouth wash. It does wonders for the color of my teeth AND my migraines! It's supposed to be pulling toxins out through your mouth, they call it oil pulling. It's been a miracle for me.

Acupuncture does it for me. All the oils, compresses etc help a little but the acupuncture helps it go away completely. It also can help nausea!!!
