Baby Refuses Bottle- HELP!

My little one is 9 weeks old and is EBF. I go back to work in two weeks and she absolutely refuses to take a bottle. She’ll drink one ounce no problem then flip out. She’s already only in the 26th percentile for weight so I’m worried about what will happen when she starts daycare if she’s only taking an ounce at a time. Anyone else have this problem? What finally helped your little one?

We’ve tried different bottles (Avent, Tommee Tippee, Dr. Browns, and Medela) as well as different temperatures (she does better with it warm over room temp or cold). Some other suggestions we’ve tried is swaddling her and having different people give her the bottle.
