I'm not sure if it's sciatica but I just found out a bunch of people in my family have a problem with sciatica. For me my problem is my hip area near my butt, which i believe is where the sciatica pain is felt. It's getting so bad I can't walk if I even sit down a little, and it's progressed into both hips and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? I had to literally crawl into bed tonight.
