Blood when sick?

I'm 13 weeks today I was sick this morning was just yellow stomach Lining as had nothing to throw up however there were two bits of dark coloured blood when being sick I'm really worried?

I've had it too. If you have to use a lot of force to throw up it hurts your throat so it can happen that there is string of blood. But if you're concerned call your doctor.
