How long will results take

I used to work out a lot but haven't in forever. This is my figure. I have a very flat butt and pudgy stomach. I am starting off with body weight exercises, resistance bands, and a lot of stretching/getting more flexible. I want a bigger booty and everything to tight up. My butt is very flabby, has cellulite, and is like a pancake. It's a little hard to see with jeans. How long before I get results of atleast tightening up? Also, I eat healthy as is so I just need to improve my working out. Does anyone know??

* I forgot, I work 10 hour days so don't have time to get to a place with weights so I workout on my break at work. So that's why I have to use the bands
