Help. Pink blood

I got my BFP last Tuesday. Tonight when I wiped I had pink blood, only for one or two bathroom wipes. I do not have cramps or any other symptoms. Is this a miscarriage? :( I am so sad right now. I never had anything like this with my first pregnancy. Someone help me feel better :(
