Eating habits
What are some ways to get in the habit of eating healthy???? I want to start eating healthy because I just feel so blah all the time and I know it’s mostly because I eat horribly. I have gained almost 30 pounds since I came to college and I am not happy when I look in the mirror and honestly don’t feel pretty. My face is always swollen and I hate wearing anything tight. I want to eat healthy but am just not sure how. So does anyone have any tips???? Thanks in advance y’all 💙
