What should I do ???

So I’m 16 and speak to a boy and he says he wants to meet me .. which I feel the same way but my mum and dad are strict and won’t let me out without an ‘official’ reason ..... what do i do ???

Just be honest I remember when I would always lie about going with friends but once I met my boyfriend I was scared as heck to tell my mom but I was like it’s better for her to know then for me to hide it so I told her she gave me advise then she let me go to the movies with him. She was very strict her self as well so I had a curfew and rules I had to follow but I was damn well glad I told her. Cause after that I was able to go see him often but he had to come to my house and he had a certain time to be here smh. Now that times passed she got over it and just lets me do what I want and now especially cause I’m 18 now
