Help i dont know what to believe!

Had a miscarriage a week ago- started doing my digital ovulation tests again and tonight one came back positive. But then when i read up about it apparently ovulation testers pick up pregnancy hormones as well? Just dont know what to think? Im using a digital test so you would think they are able to differentiate? I can understabd the cheaper ovulation testers picking up hcg? Someone tell me im ovulating and just over thinking it?
