Protein problems!
Hi Ladies! I’m about 8 weeks pregnant and I’m having trouble getting anything other than bread and carbs down. I’m a little concerned about my protein intake. I was thinking of adding some protein powder to a smoothie, but I’m not sure if it’s acceptable to add protein supplements to your diet when you’re pregnant. Does anyone have any experience with this? If so have Any of your OBs recommend a certain type of protein powder that is safe for pregnancy? Thanks in advance!!
