Endometriosis and pregnant

I'm 6 weeks and 1 day but I'm terrified of losing my baby. I have endometriosis and currently have two cysts on my left ovary but doctor says baby is okay and it shouldn't affect him/her I'll just be in pain. Which I constantly am anyway so I can deal with it. I was wondering if anyone else that has endometriosis could share with me their pregnancy journey or if they suffered from any miscarriages.
