Yesterday I had severe left side cramp my ob told me go to triage

I’m only 4 weeks 5 days

They took blood, did urine culture and abdominal then transvaginal ultrasound

I was not bleeding prior to the ultrasound but after I noticed some pink blood at home after I wiped from pee and now I have brown spotting

I read after a transvaginal that there can be some spotting & bleeding but I’m kind of freaking out

The dr took my hcg level it was 65 she wants me to come repeat Monday to make sure it doubles

The radiologist did see the lining was building and a tiny grain speck that was good for intrauterine pregnancy

They suspect the pain was me passing a kidney stone & possible uti which they await culture for

The pain is finally subsided but I’m freaked because I’m worried about having an early mis 😟
